Back Up Plants versus Zombies Game
Are you planning to reformat your computer but you are worried that you have to start from zero in playing your PopCap Plants versus Zombies game? Here is a short method on how to back up Plants versus Zombies game. This is also applicable if you played the game in a different computer and you want to continue it in another PC. I have tested this in Windows 7 and I am 98.5% sure that it will also work in other Operating Systems such as Windows Vista and Windows XP.
For Windows 7 users, In the folder options, Mark the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" and uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files" If you are using Windows Vista or Windows XP and you don't know how to do it just make a research on "how to view hidden files"
It is usually in Drive C or it is where your Operating System is saved.
Go to C:\ProgramData\PopCap Games\PlantsVsZombies\userdata and copy all the files. It looks like the image below:
Usually it is in D:\Program Files\PopCap Games\Plants vs. Zombies\userdata or C:\Program Files\PopCap Games\Plants vs. Zombies\userdata you may just overwrite the old files.
That's all. There is no way how to back up your brains…
