Baler, Aurora is one of the best surfing spot in the Philippines. This is ideal for beginners to advanced surfers. This is located on the Eastern Part of the Philippines facing the Pacific Ocean.
The waves are on its peak from October to February. Between these months, different beaches on Baler are organizing surfing competitions.
Surfing Lesson in Sabang Beach, Baler, Aurora
I'm a beginner and that is not a problem. There are lots of surfing class around the beach. For 350 pesos per hour you can rent a surfboard including a guidance from a professional surfer in "Charlie Does" in Sabang Beach near Bay's Inn.
Aside from "Charlie Does", there are many surfboard for rent on the beach.
The lesson will start by practicing how to position and stand on the surfboard. This will only take a few minutes.

On my first and second try on the water, I wasn't able to stand. But on the third try, it was almost perfect. And the feeling is really great!

One hour to learn surfing is enough because it's really
exhausting . Don't forget to do stretching before you surf. After this, my shoulders and arms are painful.
